Here at Moat End we are committed to providing a good quality service whilst minimising the environmental impact of our activities.
A symbol of this commitment is our membership of the Green Tourism Business Scheme, which encourages sustainable practises thus ensuring the continued enjoyment of the environment of the United Kingdom for future generations.

Some of the steps we have taken to reduce our impact on the environment are:

• Recycling of plastics, paper, glass, metal, clothes and shoes
• Use of energy efficient lighting where possible
• Use of energy efficient domestic appliances
• Use of e-mail to manage bookings
• Use of biodegradable cleaning materials where possible

We will endeavour to raise awareness of environmental matters by providing information for guests.

As a further commitment to local sustainability Moat End is a member of The Cotswolds Breakfast group. Our mission is to provide comfy, friendly Bed and Breakfast accommodation with an added bonus that guests will be guaranteed a truly local breakfast made with ingredients sourced from around the Cotswolds.
